Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca
Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, your driver will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in Africa.
Day 2: Casablanca → Rabat → Chefchaouen
After breakfast, we drive to Rabat, Morocco's capital. We'll visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Udayas. We then continue our journey north to the stunning blue city of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains, where you'll spend the night.
Day 3: Chefchaouen → Volubilis → Meknes → Fes
Enjoy a morning exploring the blue-washed streets of Chefchaouen. Afterwards, we drive towards Fes, stopping at the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. We'll also visit the nearby imperial city of Meknes, seeing the grand Bab Mansour gate. We arrive in Fes in the evening.
Day 4: Fes Guided Tour
Today you will have a full-day guided tour of Fes, the spiritual heart of Morocco. You'll explore the medieval medina (Fes el-Bali), the world's oldest university Al-Qarawiyyin, the famous tanneries, and the Royal Palace gate.
Day 5: Fes → Atlas Mountains → Marrakech
A longer travel day, we journey from Fes to Marrakech. The drive takes us through the beautiful Middle Atlas mountains, passing by Ifrane and the cedar forests of Azrou. We will make stops for photos and lunch before arriving in the vibrant Red City, Marrakech.
Day 6: Marrakech Guided Tour
Discover the magic of Marrakech with a local guide. Your tour will include the Jardin Majorelle, the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, and the iconic Koutoubia Mosque. The day ends in the famous Djemaa el-Fna square, with its storytellers, musicians, and snake charmers.
Day 7: Marrakech → Casablanca Airport
After breakfast, depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute souvenir shopping. Your driver will then transfer you to Casablanca Airport (CMN) for your departure, concluding your imperial cities tour.
